Hello everyone,
The Leadership and Neurodiversity project was started in 2022 with the intention of promoting the improvement of leadership development opportunities for neurodivergent employees in companies and organizations.
Etsy and eBay stores were developed to promote products related to autism, leadership, and leadership and neurodiversity.
On May 16, 2026, I decided to put the project on hiatus until after I earn my PhD, as this will become a post-doctoral concept. The Etsy and eBay shops have been restructured with the majority of the autism and neurodiversity items deactivated as some of them had been listed for almost a year without either views or sales.
The video series will remain up for those who want to see what I tried to create. It’s safe to say that views on Autism and neurodiversity in the United States have changed since 2022, some for better, some for worse.
The decision to suspend this project did not come easy. It was driven by lack of engagement with the videos, lack of engagement with the LinkedIn posts, and the continuous spam messages from online “casinos” attempting to get on this site (I approve all comments before they go online, so they’re wasting their time).
I will continue to support those who fight the good fight, but I will be focusing on my dissertation and a new project that will debut soon.
